Hose and Clamps

We have discontinued hose. hose clamps are being discontinued as well.

HIGH TORQUE WORM CLAMPS--apply with wrench or screwdriver.
5/8" wide 302/304 half hard stainless steel band and 410 stainless steel screw.

These are easily applied. They are similar to worm-gear clamps (aka screw clamps) but 8 screw-threads are engaged in the band simultaneously for incredible torquing drive (over 200 in lbs compared to 30 in-lbs for standard worm gear clamps such as radiator clamps), sealing pressure, and vibration resistance. Made entirely of stainless steel. Band is 5/8" wide and most of the band is not perforated in order to avoid cutting hose or tubing (as in standard worm-gear clamps).
High torque clamps have 8 screw threads that are simultaneously engaged for incredible torquing drive (over 200 in. lbs.) sealing pressure and vibration resistance. They withstand more than 4 times the SAE torque requirements for worm-driven clamps such as radiator clamps.

It is best to use two clamps on each connection. The first clamp is applied furthest from the fitting. The second clamp is applied closer to the fitting. The clamps buckles should be at 180° to each other.
