Trouble shooting Enolmatic and Filter (or Enolmaster and Filter)
If you are using the Filter Housing and are having trouble, disconnect the filter and use the Enolmatic alone. Be sure the Enolmatic is okay before proceeding to testing the filter. Then read the Tandem Instructions above to trouble shoot the filter.
If the Enolmatic will not fill, check the suction at every connection point beginning with the black tubing (vacuum valve to vessel). Just follow the vacuum flow to the nozzle. You must have a bottle under the nozzle to check the vacuum on the inlet side of the nozzle.

Clogged Vacuum line on Enolmatic
It is common, if you bottle sweet wines or liqueurs, for the line between the vacuum pump and vacuum-adjustment valve to get plugged. The blockage, crystallized sugar, is usually at the small valve. It is quite easy to clean this with a small wire or pipe cleaner. Clients who use Enolmatics for sweet liqueurs clean this routinely.

If you need a part that is not listed below, check if it is a component of an assembly below. You must purchase the entire assembly.
If the part is not listed below and is not part of a larger assembly below, we can have it sent by airfreight from the manufacturer but the cost is typically $50-$100 for shipping alone.
