Euro 50-FD (MVE) parts
The replacement motors for Euro 40/50/60-FD have separate fan. If you have a pump with a separate fan, then hookup is obvious. If you have an older pump that does not have a separate fan [Does the motor fan run when you turn on the main power? --If no, then you have a unit without separate fan.], then you need to run two wires from the control box to the motor. 1)Run the two hot wires from either the outlet side of the fuse box (labeled 2 and 4) or the inputs to the frequency drive. 2)Get an electrical bulkhead and install it thru the wall of the control box. 3)Pull the fan wires out of the motor box. Connect the hots to fan wires. Be sure to seal up the opening on the motor electircal box with silicone.
