Food Grade Grease is best for nozzles and impellers, during disassembly and cleaning and before and after use. Silicone spray is very handy during day to day operation.	Vacuum Pump Oil $45 1 quart. White Lithium Spray $12 For drive chains and moving parts that do not need food grade lubricants. Crusher/destemmers, internal corking machine parts, ... 5 to 260°F. Sprays on evenly, sets dry. Will not splatter, melt, run, or wash off. 10 oz spray can.	Iodophor can be purchased here. Iodophor is an excellent no-rinse sanitizer that is harmless to virtually everything in a winery or brewery. (it will discolor tubing.)
