Electro-Pneumatic Semi-automatic Foil Spinner $2895 in stock
Spinning head mounted on pneumatic column. Push button to apply foil.

  • You need a small air compressor. 2 scfm is sufficient.
  • This system provides the most consistent application of capsules.
  • 800 per hour
  • To operate: Place capsule on bottle and bottle on platorm. Push button (lower right in photo). Bottle is automatically raised, foil applied, bottle lowered.
  • Same roller unit as the Table Top model below.
  • The height of the roller unit is easily adjusted on the stand to accomodate bottles from 7" to 15".
  • For bottle neck diameters 25 to 33 mm. Works with foils from all manufacturers.
  • Click here for manual for spinner head. Adjustment on stand is self-evident. Top of bottle should be ~1" below spinner head. Set regulator on unit (on back, not visible in photo) to 5 bar . Set your compressor regulator to >80 psi.

Upright Foil Spinner $1650

  • 110 V
  • Same roller unit as the Table Top model but mounted on stand. Lever lowers roller onto bottle and then springs back when released. Easier and faster than Table Top alone.
  • The height of the roller unit is easily adjusted on the stand to accomodate bottles from 7" to 14".
  • For bottle neck diameters 25 to 33 mm. Works with foils from all manufacturers.

Table Top Foil Spinner $1050

  • Secure to table top, push bottle in to quickly apply tin capsule. Easiest when mounted at slight angle upwards (not parallel to table as shown here). Base has 4 holes so you can bolt unit down.
  • For bottle neck diameters 25 to 33 mm. Works with foils from all manufacturers.

Champagne Foil Applicator $1095 in stock
Pneumatic. Semiautomatic. For capsules up to 125 mm length.

Two step process. Adjust air pressure to 4-5 bar with included regulator (be sure the regulator at the compressor is set higher than this). Put foil on bottle neck and insert into the left hole (nearest the gauge). The machine will automatically form the capsule. Then remove the bottle. Now put it into the second hole (right in photo) being sure not to rotate the bottle. The first step makes the 4 pleats and the second folds them flat. ~6 bottles/minute. This machine does a very nice job.

Deluxe Hand-Held PVC Heat Shrink Applicator $225
Improved model with fan assisted heating

  • Fan blows heat for more uniform and professional application
  • Longer
  • 110 V. 1000 Watts (compared to 700 watts on model below)
  • Takes ~1 second to shrink PVC capsule. Simply lower unit until Stop touches bottle, then remove. Fast, consistent and easy.
  • 3-position switch. Off, Fan only, Fan and Heat.
  • 304 Stainless Steel
  • Please note this unit gets hot. Leave the fan on (Position I on the switch) for several minutes after use for faster cooling.
  • (The sticker on some units may read "240 V". This is simply the wrong sticker. All units are 110 V.)
  • Two units are recommended if you wish to operate continuously for more than 2 hours. Alternate between units every hour.
