We have a partnership with a specialized stainless fabricator to offer custom fabrication. This company has 25 years of experience. Clients include Abbott Labs, Motorola, Michealangelo Foods, Celis Brewery, and many other food, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor firms. More recently, they installed catwalks, stainless counter tops, and sanitary piping for a winery in the Austin area. We stock sanitary tubing (but this is for Austin area firms only).
In addition, we have extension hoppers for our Jolly 50 A/R units that handle macro bin dumping. We also fab stands to elevate these units to permit direct dumping of the must into bins.
Please give us a call if you have other fabrication needs. Please note this is not a welding service for minor modifications to tanks, etc. Please contact a welding shop in your area for that type of service.

Custom Hopper for Jolly 50 A/R unit and stainless stand. Hopper can handle MacroBin dumping and Macrobin can be slid under unit to collect must. 304 stainless. This particular stand accomodates the 1/2 ton macrobin. The other common request is a taller stand to handle the 1 ton bin as shown in photo below.
