There is not a specific manual for sheet filtration with the Combination Alfa Magic. Please read the KAPPA manual because it is very much the same. Here is a quick overview.

1. Remove some lees plates (in order to have enough space free for the Noryl plates)

2. Insert the Noryl end plate against the stainless steel fixed plate (the plate next to the piston pump). Then insert the center Noryl plates and the other Noryl end plate.

3. Insert the Blind Plate in order to divide the Noryl plates from lees plates (now the lees plates work only like a spindle or spacer).

4. Insert the sheets exactly as in Kappa filter (the first sheet will have the clean side facing the stainless mobile plate), then insert the sheets one opposite the other (exactly the same as in the Kappa).

5. Close the filter

6. Using an external centrifugal pump, feed the product from the connection on the fixed plate at the bottom-right side ( positioned behind the piston pump and watching the pressure gauge of the machine).

7. Outlet is in top-left position.

9. NEVER START THE PISTON PUMP

10. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FILTRATE AT THE SAME TIME WITH CLOTHES ANS SHEET
