St. Pat's began in 1991 in a 2 bedroom apartment as a retail homebrew shop. Today we supply equipment and fittings to small wineries and breweries from 35,000 sf spread over three warehouses in Austin, Texas. The warehouses are adjacent to each other on Fleischer Drive.

Warehouse-1. Purchased the lot in 1996. There was a pole barn and horse stable. The pole barn still exists inside the back right corner behind the loading dock.

Built warehouse-2 in spring 2002 and added second floor late that year. 10,000 sf addition and loading dock added in summer 07.

Warehouse-3 was purchased in 2004.

The Bar at St. Pat's
Our 14' antique solid oak bar complete with back bar. This bar came from the old Pearl Brewery in San Antonio. It was taken out of the Lilly Langtry Saloon at the brewery in 1960. In the early 90's it was in a brewpub in San Marcos, Texas. I'm not sure where it was for the 30 years in between. It is somewhere around 100 years old.Behind the right end of the bar are two pulls for beer engines. The engines were made in 1930 by Gaskell and Chambers (this is stamped on the brass pulls along with patent no. etc). We have never used them although the right one does feel as if the pump seals are fine.
